YALEPIC® Bacteria Isolation Kit (DNase I)enables rapid extraction of total RNA from bacterial or cultured animal cells, with a full procedure time up to 30 minutes. Utilizing a unique silica-based matrix, the kit efficiently binds RNA while effectively removing contaminants such as proteins. The obtained total RNA can be directly used for molecular biology experiments such as RT-PCR, qRT-PCR, Northern Blot, Dot Blot, in vitro translation, and high-throughput sequencing.
