YALEPIC^® Stool DNA Storage Tube

YALEPIC^® Stool DNA Storage Tube is a collection device designed for stool sample acquisition and preservation by mixing the sample with a liquid fecal preservation solution. The preservative inhibits the growth of Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria, and fungi, while also inactivating viruses. This renders the sample non-infectious, enabling safe handling and transport. The device preserves both host and microbial DNA in the stool sample for at least 60 days at room temperature, and at -20°C or -80°C for long-term storage. The preservative effectively prevents degradation of microbial DNA during room temperature storage.
