YALEPIC^® MagEVO Blood DNA Extraction Kit

YALEPIC^® MagEVO Blood DNA Extraction Kit utilizes nanoparticles with unique separation properties and a specialized buffer system to extract high-quality DNA from 0.1~1ml fresh or frozen anticoagulated whole blood (treated with citrate, EDTA, or heparin). The workflow does not require organic reagents , and highly purified gDNA can be obtained reproducibly can be directly used for downstream experiments, such as enzyme digestion, PCR, qPCR, library preparation, and Southern blot.

Transport at room temperature.

Storage at 10 ~ 30°C for one year.

If ambient temperatures often exceed 30°C, we suggest storing Proteinase K and Magbeads PM at 2 ~ 8°C (protect from freezing).
