YALEPIC^® Viral DNA Isolation Kit（RNase A） is suitable for isolating high-quality viral DNA from whole blood, plasma, sputum, lymphatic fluid, tissue homogenate, cell-free body fluids, cell culture supernatant, urine, or various viral storage solutions. The kit utilizes a unique buffer system to enable highly efficient and specific binding of viral nucleic acids from lysates to silica-based adsorption columns, while simultaneously removing protein contaminants, cellular metabolites, and other impurities. The extracted viral nucleic acids are ready for direct use in various molecular biology applications.
