YALEPIC^® cfRNA Isolation Kit (No DNase I)

YALEPIC^® cfRNA Isolation Kit(No DNase I)  is suitable for the extraction of cell free RNAs (miRNA, <200 nt)  from Serum, Plasma, and Urine. The obtained  cfRNAs are of high purity without large RNAs or genomic DNA contamination, can be directly  used for Microarrarys, Northern blot, RT-PCR.  Based on a combination of high performance RNA Isolater extraction reagent and silica gel  column purification technology, the extraction of cfRNAs can be completed within 1 h with this  kit. This kit can also be used to isolate and extract large RNAs (>200 nt) or total RNA (including  miRNAs) to meet different needs.
