YALEPIC^® Script X 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit

YALEPIC^® Script X 1st Strand cDNA Synthesis Kit contains YALEPIC^® Script X Reverse Transcriptase, RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, Oligo(dT)₂₀ primers, random primers, and various buffer components. All elements are provided individually for flexible experimental customization. The core innovation – YALEPIC^® Script X Reverse Transcriptase – is a novel engineered enzyme derived from M-MLV (RNase H⁻) Reverse Transcriptase, featuring significantly enhanced thermostability ideal for reverse transcribing RNA templates with complex secondary structures. It demonstrates superior template affinity and processivity, exhibits heightened tolerance to common reverse transcription inhibitors, and synthesizes full-length cDNA (up to 15 kb) with high uniformity. The resulting cDNA products are optimized for downstream applications including second-strand synthesis (library construction), hybridization assays, and PCR/qPCR amplification.
