
YALEPIC® MagEVO Swab DNA Extraction Kit employs unique separation properties and a specialized buffer system to extract genomic DNA from dry swabs or swabs preserved in storage solution. The high-affinity magnetic beads used in the kit can adsorb nucleic acids in a high-salt buffer and release nucleic acids in a low-salt elution buffer, thereby achieving rapid separation and purification of nucleic acids. The purified DNA is suitable for quantitative PCR, gene cloning, NGS, blot hybridization, and automated extraction on high-throughput workstations.

Four specifications are available: standard 96T, pre-filled A-type 32T, pre-filled B-type 48T, and pre-filled C-type 96T. The 32T suits small-batch samples, 48T is suitable for small-to-medium laboratories, and 96T standard and pre-filled versions fit high-throughput experiments and automated workstations.
No cold chain is needed. The kit supports ambient-temperature shipping throughout. For daily storage, simply keep it at 10-30 degrees C room temperature, sealed and protected from light, with relaxed storage and transport conditions.
