YALEPIC^® Animal Cell Total RNA Rapid Isolation Kit

YALEPIC^® Animal Cell Total RNA Fast Isolation Kit(No DNase I) uses a unique lysis solution to rapidly lyse animal cells, simultaneously inactivate endogenous RNase in cells, and provides a specific and efficient environment for the combination of RNA and silica membrane. This kit can quickly (<6 minutes) complete the extraction of RNA from 0.6×10⁷ animal cells, without phenol and chloroform. Purified total RNA with high purity can be used for RT-PCR, RT-qPCR,  Northern Blot, NGS, etc.
