YALEPIC^® Trace Sample DNA Extraction Kit

YALEPIC^® Micro Sample DNA Isolation Kit(No RNase A) provides a simple, fast, and efficient method for DNA extraction from trace samples, suitable for diverse specimens including fresh/frozen animal tissues, hair follicles, nails, trace blood/saliva, bones, and teeth. DNA from the lysate will bind to silica-based  column and elute with elution buffer. The isolated DNA is applicable to downstream experiments such as enzymatic digestion, PCR, Real-Time PCR, library construction, Southern blotting, and molecular labeling.
